Getting started

Do I need a Google Business listing?

No. Start with your Google listing or your website and we pull in your details from either one. Got neither? Start from scratch and type them in.

How long does it take?

About a minute. We write the copy, add the images and build the page. Then it's yours to change.

Can I edit it after it's built?

Yes. Change the words, images and sections right on the page, then publish again in one click.

Sites and domains

Ad funnel or SEO website: what's the difference?

An ad funnel is one page built for people who click your ads. An SEO website is a full site, with pages for your services and suburbs, built to show up in Google searches. On Free, an SEO website is the home page only. See SEO websites and ad funnels.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on Sole Trader and Agency. On Free you get a yourname.cnvrtlocal.site address. See Publishing and domains.

Do you run my ads?

No. You run ads from your own Facebook or Google ad account and send the clicks to your ad funnel. You can paste your Meta Pixel or Google tag into your site's settings.

Leads

How do leads reach me?

Every form enquiry lands in your Leads tab. On a paid plan you also get an email the moment a form is sent, and you can download all your leads as a CSV. See Leads and analytics.

Plans and billing

Is there a free plan, and can I cancel?

Yes. Free is $0 and needs no card. Sole Trader and Agency start with a 7-day free trial, are billed monthly through Whop, and you can cancel any month. See Plans and billing.

Who handles payments?

Whop. Checkout is secure through Whop.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep your paid features until the end of the period you've paid for. Then you drop to Free. Sites beyond your first go offline and custom domains stop working.

Connect your AI

What is the MCP server?

A link that lets AI apps like Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor work with your cnvrtlocal workspace. See the MCP overview.

Can my AI publish my site?

No, not on its own. It can ask, and a person has to approve inside cnvrtlocal. See Approvals.

How do I disconnect an AI app?

Go to Settings, then Integrations, find the app under Connected AI apps and choose Revoke.

Which AI apps work?

Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, VS Code and any other app that supports remote MCP servers. See Set up your AI app.
