Common problems

My AI app says I need to reconnect

Your access ran out or was revoked. Connect again from your AI app and allow access when asked.

I can't connect, or the sign-in page won't let me through

  • Make sure you're signed up. Guest accounts can't connect an AI app.
  • Check you pasted the link exactly: https://app.cnvrtlocal.ai/api/mcp
  • Check the link has no extra spaces or characters at the end.

The AI says "not found" for a site

Each connection is for one workspace. The site might be in a different workspace. Connect again and pick the right one.

The AI can't see my leads

Read leads is off by default. Disconnect the app and connect again with it turned on.

The AI can't add images

Add images is a permission. It's ticked by default for new connections, but apps connected before it existed don't have it, and the image tools answer with the reconnect steps. Disconnect the app and connect again with it turned on. Check the image link too: it must be https://, up to 10 MB, and PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or AVIF (no SVG).

An approval for a live site change failed

That part of the page was edited after the request was made, so cnvrtlocal refused to overwrite it. Ask your AI to make the change again.

The AI can't build an SEO website or add pages

SEO websites and extra pages need a paid plan. See Plans and billing.

"Locked" analytics

Analytics through your AI is locked on the Free plan.

I asked it to publish and nothing happened

That's expected. Publishing needs your approval. Open the approval link the AI gave you, or go to Approvals in cnvrtlocal. See Approvals.

An approval has expired

Requests expire after 7 days. Ask your AI to create a new one.

My change disappeared from the editor

If an editor tab was open on that site, it may have saved over the AI's change. Reload the tab and ask the AI to try again.

I'm being rate limited

Wait a moment and try again. See Safety and rate limits.

Apps change their menus from time to time. The Connect your AI card in Settings, then Integrations has the latest steps.

Revoke an AI app

To stop an app from using your workspace:

  1. In cnvrtlocal, open Settings, then Integrations.
  2. Find the app under Connected AI apps. You'll see when it was last used.
  3. Choose Revoke.

This ends the connection right away. The app's next request is refused. You can connect it again later.

If a teammate leaves your workspace, their AI apps lose access to it automatically.
